HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Little Rock focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
