HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Studio is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
