HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Vista Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
