HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lantern Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
