HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lantern Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
