HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Willow Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
