HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Corner Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
