HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
