HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
