HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
