HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Quill Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
