HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Junction Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
