HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Bright Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
