HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Nest Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
