HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Dallas with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
