HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Miami with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
