HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Financial Group is a financial-services company in Detroit, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
