HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Maple Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
