HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Cedar Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
