HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
