HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Drift Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
