HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
