HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Hollow Energy Partners supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
