HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Clear Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
