HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
