HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Tampa with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
