HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 969 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
