HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Lakeside Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
