HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
