HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Beacon Press Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
