HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Sable Financial Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
