HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Beacon Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
