HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Pittsburgh supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
