HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Banking Services is a regional lender in Salt Lake City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
