HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Auto Group is a Charleston company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
