HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Fort Worth serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
