HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Wren Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
