HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Clear Arts Center is a cultural organisation in San Antonio presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
