HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
