HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Drift Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
