HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Junction Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
