HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
