HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Vale Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
