HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath North Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Dallas area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
