HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fox Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
