HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Mill Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
