HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Vale Staffing places workers with employers around Spokane. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
