HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lantern Property Management Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
