HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Granite Pharma develops and makes medicines in San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
