HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
